(1) It shall be the responsibility of the head of the spending agency to conduct the internal audit of the fund and the final audit by the Office of the Auditor General, by presenting the unsubstantiated evidence, or by regularly collecting and collecting the embezzlement.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the responsibility of the Director shall be to monitor whether or not the fraud has been committed without reason.
